Picklepups collects only the information we need to create, sell, fulfil, and support personalised orders.
We collect details you provide at checkout, including your name, email address, shipping address, selected products, pup design choices, and order details. If you join the newsletter, we collect your email address and signup context so we can send product updates. Card and PayPal payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Picklepups.
We use customer information to process checkout, create personalised artwork, submit fulfilment orders, provide order support, send order updates, share requested newsletter updates, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve the shopping experience. We may also use website analytics and performance measurements to understand page visits, device/browser performance, and where the shopping flow needs improvement.
We share the minimum information needed with trusted service providers that help run the store, including payment processing, production and shipping, secure order storage, website hosting, and email updates.
Some service providers may store or process information outside your country. We choose established providers and use them only for store operations, fulfilment, security, and customer support.
We keep production artwork and customer order details outside the public website, restrict support tools with an admin token, and avoid publishing print-ready artwork publicly.
You can contact us to ask about your order information, request corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep records for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons.
